"The property has excellent location, close to beach and to seafront promenade. We enjoyed a nice terrace with beautiful sea view. Breakfasts were delicious, with good variety of food - somewhat different on each of the 9 days of our stay. Staff was very kind. We visited Neum in the New Year's holidays period when almost all restaurants, cafes, etc. were closed. We are especially grateful to Nicolina who drove us downtown to the few still operating restaurants and supermarkets."

"There's an annoying refrigerator unit behind the house (for the large cooling room of the restaurant) which was unfortunately very close to our room. The windows were not really good so we constantly heard the refrigerator unit."

"Parking only on the street. We were lucky, but if not we would have been parked few hundred metres away. Unfortunately we found a bug in our room, which could have come from outside. We don't know and I guess it is kinda normal in Balkans..."

"Great location in the peaceful part of Neum. Only a few steps to the sea. The Knezevic apartments have their own part of the dock with deck chairs for rent (only 5 KM per day). Few restaurants are available nearby, as well as a few grocery shops. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and smelled nice. Our host, Marija, was very helpful, always nearby for all of our needs without being intrusive."

"Granted, this was the end of the season, but they didn't have any sunshades for rent anymore (only the deck chairs), so we ended up having to buy our own in the nearby street shop (but this is not a big deal anyway)."
