"Very handy location. Boat well appointed with everything you could need: toilet, small shower, galley with all facilities (except a wooden spoon!). Bed comfortable with cosy bedding. Lounge and dining areas separate with a good amount of room, for two at least."

Being a bit inexperienced at staying on boats it took us a while to fine tune the way we used things but hey, life’s a learning experience. Hot water did run out but easily overcome and, with a bit of communication, eventually fixed up. It’s a boat, not a 5 star Hilton; these things happen.

"Staying on the tranquil Vltava River was a special experience. The location offers convenient access to trams that can take you to all major destinations."

If you're planning to sleep in, you might easily be woken by noise from the neighbors.

Las toallas y sábanas, deberían renovarlas. El penúltimo día, el personal no brindó información sobre actividades o lugares para hacer o conocer dentro de la ciudad. Que cobran el 8% si pagas con tarjeta 🙁

"Beautiful Location with amazing views of the mountains... away from the maddening crowd and sounds which other boat houses have and hospitality by the friendly and knowledgeable host tariq.we also experienced BBQ in a shikara at the door step. Will definitely come back again here."

There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

"It was amazing in all aspects! I travel very often and staying at this place was one of the best experiences. The staff were extremely helpful,professional, and nice. Not only the location was amazing and just 10 minutes walk to metro and old town, but also the whole environment was very cute. They had a common kitchen that you can use to make your food and have it with an amazing view in addition to a common TV room that you can watch movies in a very cosy environment. Also a cute cafeteria that serves breakfast and coffee as well."

"This place is very special to our family, and we come back every summer. We’ve stayed in the resort’s different lake houses and all have been great. The Swan House is cozy and charming, and since it’s only reachable by boat, it was an extra adventure for our child. Waking up to the sounds of the lake—fish jumping, raindrops (we had a few during our stay), the wind in the reeds, and birdsong—was simply magical. The owner is a wonderful lady, full of energy and creative ideas. Her warm hospitality and the super tasty pancakes she made for breakfast made our stay even more memorable."

The Swan House does not have a shower or sink, but with the lake all around, it wasn’t really a problem for us.
