"The staff, when we arrived they had mislabeled the room facilities meaning we had paid for a private bathroom but received a shared bathroom and the owner refused to acknowledge this. We had to negotiate for about an hour (our longest checkin to date). The hostal had maybe 10% capacity and did not show any hospitality in this manner, an easy solution would be to honour the booking.com information instead of argue with facts for an hour. They then refused to give towels even though that was part of the arranged booking, we had to go back and request this twice before they relented. Another big issue was the kitchen, they offer it as part of the booking but then kept making excuses as to why we couldn’t use it, kept it locked and we would have to ask permission to go inside. On top of this, it was incredibly basic with no refrigerator, microwave, kettle and the utensils had dried paint on them. Also, the shower and toilet are all in one. Which meant it’s quite gross and there’s no soap. Anyone we spoke to there switched hostel when possible to another, it isn’t somewhere you want to stay more than you have to."

"There’s a bar with live music next door and I was there on the weekend, so couldn’t sleep until 5am. I’d booked for two nights and I asked the manager if there’d be noise the next night, he said probably, but he was willing to give me my money back to move to another hostel. Other than the (probably just) weekend noise and lack of a kitchen or hangout area, it’s very nice place run by very nice people 👍👍"

"Hostel eigentlich mit schönem Innenhof, aber alles wirkt eher ein bisschen vernachlässigt: Schlösser, keine gemütlichen Tische oder Sitzgelegenheiten im Hof usw. Man könnte wesentlich mehr aus dem Hostel machen. Dusche in engem Raum mit Toilette und offener Steckdose !"

"Les gérants ne sont pas très aimables. La cuisine est absolument insalubre. La douche est un pommeau coincé entre les toilettes et le lavabo, toute la salle de bain est trempée après la douche et il n'y a rien pour racler le sol. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, c'est le pire que nous ayons eu depuis le début de notre voyage (nous avons acheté du pain à côté pour compléter)."

"Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre de long mauvais commentaires, mais là ça vaut le coup. -Le côté vraiment spartiate des douches/WC, jamais de papier toilette. -La cuisine est inutilisable. -Pas vraiment d'espace commun. -Le petit déjeuner est ridicule : bâtons de pain sec et café soluble. -Propreté douteuse, literie fatiguée. -Pas de casiers. -Surtout : Devoir faire le travail du réceptionniste : il ne sait pas qui reste dans son hostel et combien de temps. La discussion est difficile. Par exemple : J'ai reçu un message me demandant quand j'arriverai alors que j'étais dans mon lit."

"A notre arrivée pas d'eau chaude, mais cela a pu être réglé en une heure. Le WiFi ne marchait vraiment pas très bien. Personnel pas particulièrement aimable. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Attention si vous leur donnez votre linge à laver, la balance commence à 1kg!"
