"Everything was great, except for room 113. Due to a locked connecting door with the adjacent room, noise could be heard very clearly, almost as if the other guests were in the same room. Other than that, the hotel is massive and outstanding. It definitely deserves a 10/10."

"The hotel lobby looks great, and the hotel is spotless overall. The hotel cafe is nice and they give a nice service. I also enjoyed the spa and gym overall, but the experience was diminished due to the employee's lack of training. Breakfast has a lot of choices but again the employee training is missing, and due to that I will reduce my rating."

"The couch in my room had holes from cigarette burns, and the door had some missing furniture covering. It would be nice to repair the broken furniture. Staff badly need training. The cleaning ladies did not return my greetings, and the spa staff could not explain why I was not allowed to stay in the spa in my long towel and bathrobe. The person at the egg station spoke loudly and gathered 3-4 employees around him every morning, making it hard for people to order eggs. He was unattentive and distnterested in doing his job. I asked him a few questions, and he gave me a few nasty looks, then turned to his colleagues and laughed in Albanian. Not really a 5 stars unfortunately."

"I’m a frequent guest at Emerald, and they never cease to impress me. Every stay is marked by outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff are professional, friendly, and consistently polite. The receptionists during check-in and check-out were especially courteous, and even offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. Rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. The pool and spa remain among the best I’ve ever experienced, it is ideal for both relaxation and recharging. Bar service is equally excellent, with polite staff and a top-tier selection of drinks. A flawless experience every time. I’ll continue coming back and highly recommend it to others."

"The smell of smoke in the lobby. The smoking area stinks all the way in the lobby. The pool service is too slow. They are nice but felt invisible 2 times 45 min."

"The only not nice thing is the surroundings (close to the motorway in an area with big stores out of the city). I had rented a car, so access was possible. Without a car this place is not recommended"
