"The front desk staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. My first night, I arrived in the evening and the AC wasn't working. My stay could have been a disaster! Instead, the next day the staff switched me to a larger room with working AC, and a sea view. I was very appreciative, since I had three more nights at the hotel. The location in the old quarter was great."

"Fantastic location in the old part of the town near to everything. Room was very clean. I had a room looking out on the garden and pool. Garden was nice to sit in and has a small pool. Coffee and tea available all day plus a microwave to warm food. Of the staff the young lady that worked in the afternoons/evenings was very helpful. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices."
