"We stayed for 2 weeks and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and the front desk staff came and helped with luggage, explained everything about room, WiFi and breakfast and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The lovely cleaning lady would knock every day to see if anything needed changing. The location was excellent 5 minute walk and you were at the ferry port, metro and bus station. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service"

"Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil, la chambre supérieure spacieuse et le déjeuner avec un buffet varié et garni. Une situation très pratique : tout à côté du métro et des ferries avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques autour, dans un quartier animé. Si on est prêt à commencer la journée par une traversée en bateau (rapide et reposant) c'est adapté pour un séjour touristique."
