They helped me change the kettle just 5 minutes after I found the one in my room had a broken lid. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to Pho Nimit BTS station, so it's super easy to get around. Sometimes I chose to travel by taxi, it took 5-10 mins to book a taxi/Bolt here."
