"Hosts where very friendly, perfect communication the day we arrived and when we left, nice and clean, enough towels (including beach towels) for the two of us. coffee maker and water cooker nice and clean. Huge and clean fridge! Air condition worked perfect. One or two small pots for cooking would have been helpful. The pool is small but good to cool off. Great few, nice are and quiet. We loved it to be a little off from tourism areas, but it´s easy to get to all places by car."

"The directions to the property were not clear and caused us some problems in reaching to collect the keys. We did suggest to the host how to address the issue in the future. Also, the clothes dryer did not work during how stay but that was not much of an issue for us."

"Waking up in the morning grabbing the koffie on the balcony watching the view. Also the breeze is very nice . The area is nice and silent close to the french border ( walking distance ),but hills. There are also some restaurants close by also on the french side there is a minimarket where you can buy fresh croissant and baguette . You can park your car safe the parking on the property is adventurous. Overall a fully equipt.appartment also liked that there was a laundry and very nice place to stay."

"The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

"Wow, this is an exceptional find. The apartment was a great size, very neat and clean. It is very handy for Philipsburg either by car or by bus. A word about Rhody. What a beautiful minded lady, always ready to help and support, who even came to my rescue when I was trying to find my way to the apartment. She is dedicated to helping people settle down, very cheerful, great communications, helpful information about areas of St Maarten. And always with a smile. Apartment is big enough for a number of people, great layout, really comfy furniture, well stocked cupboards with kitchen equipment. Ample bedroom and bathroom provisions. Sadly I didn't try the swimming pool, I was out most of the time but it's a good sized pool and looked just right for chilling out in. An incredible find with a wonderful host who has become a lovely friend."
