We booked a regular room, and the hotel unexpectedly upgraded us to an apartment, where my husband and I had a wonderful time. "A small drawback is that check-in is very late, starting at 2 p.m. If you have an early check-out, and you're staying for two days, you simply have to wait a long time to check in and take a shower."

"We had trolley for the baby and it was hard reachable. I think the place isnt proper for people with disabilities and for families with trolleys. There is only one really old small elevator, that you can barely fit in (1 person and the trolley). Other person needs to carry the baby (it says 1st floor, but there is so many stairs like going to the 2th floor.) and the elevator doesn’t even take you all the way up. When you step outside the elevator you stiil need to cary your trolley apx 8 stairs to the reception.. And i think that should be in the description so people would be aware of that"

"The location is great ! The stuff was very helpful and kind. We booked twin room. King suite and delax suite. The twin room was Amal but good. The king suite was good and big but there was no separation between the bad area to the leaving room area. The deluxe suite was on a bad position and bathroom was terrible. We asked the reception to change our room but they was fully booked. She offered to cancel the reservation with no charge. It was very kind and appreciate"
