"As it was extremely warm and the temp was 35 outside ,the room was also warm ,as they didn't leave the air-conditioning remote in the room so I couldn't sleep at all, I have tried to wet my clothes and towel to sleep, I don't blame them , BCOS I have to do the self check in as I arrived as 1 am.anyway it was a horrendous experience for me."
