"Late check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were good and hotel is next to water park and Pasir Ris park, which is great for outdoor activities."

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(
