"Guest service is exceptional, from the front desk staff to the room service staff to the housekeeping staff and the waiters and chef at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is delicious and professionally and beautifully presented and very friendly and helpful waitstaff. I highly recommend the restaurant, room service and hotel. The front desk staff make every effort to welcome English Speaking guests with their English skills, which is very helpful. The hotel itself is like a vintage snapshot....like going back in time to a bygone era. It is a really neat vibe. Great value for money."
