Stary Dom er staðbundinn í 100 ára gamalli trébyggingu sem er umkringd stórum, grænum garði. Í boði eru svítur með ókeypis Wi-Fi Interneti. Öll herbergin eru máluð í hlýjum litum og eru með sjónvarp, ísskáp, hraðsuðuketil og baðherbergi með sturtu. Stary Dom's garden býður upp á grillaðstöðu. Gestir geta leigt kajaka eða tekið þátt í kajaksiglingu sem starfsfólkið skipuleggur. Morgunverður er borinn fram í herberginu. Stary Dom er festur 100 metra frá grænum skógi og 200 metra frá smábátahöfn. Vatnasjóskíðalyfta við Necko-vatn er í 500 metra fjarlægð.
