Needed help with booking train tickets and they offer me assistance and sorted all my problems all at once. I would highly recommend anyone who visit Warsaw and if I come back this would be my first choice for the city as well. Bravo!"
"Breakfast can be improved a little, again friendly and helpful staff make everything better anyway. Small things, there’s no butter left in the whole buffet and jams are in open jar, a bit difficult to get individual portion. But other than these small details, everything has been great."
