Á Nicholas er aðeins steinsnar frá aðalmarkaðstorginu þar sem finna má verslanir, kaffihús og bari. Aðallestarstöðin er í um 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Stúdíóið er með baðeinkaherbergi með þvottavél og gólfhita. Eldhúskrókurinn er með ísskáp og te-/kaffivél.
