"حجزت غرفة مفردة وعند وصولي اعتذروا عن توفير نفس الغرفة التي حجزتها واعطوني بدلا منها شقة كاملة ، غرفة ومطبخ وديوان و حمامين وبنفس السعر ثم اعادوا لي جزء من المبلغ كوني غادرت قبل انتهاء المدة ، وللأمانة كانت لدي تجارب سيئة مع فنادق كثيرة تغيرت بمجرد الاقامة في هذا الفندق الرائع 😍👍"
