Gististaðurinn er staðsettur á friðsælum stað í sveitinni og er umkringdur sögulegum steinveggjum. Gistirýmið er við hliðina á aldingarðinum og engjunum. Gestir geta tínt ávexti í aldingarðinum eða kannað garðana og lífstílsbýlið. Gestasetustofan er fullkominn staður til að lesa bók eða spila biljarð. Ókeypis bílaplan eru í boði á staðnum. Morgunverðurinn innifelur úrval af nýelduðum réttum. Kvöldverðarmatseðillinn er byggður á fersku staðbundnu hráefni og er framreiddur í matsalnum sem er aðeins fyrir gesti gegn beiðni. Máltíðir eru bornar fram í matsalnum eða upp á rúmgóð herbergi.

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."
