Þetta sveitasmáhýsi í Solitaire er festur við jaðar Namib-Naukluft-þjóðgarðsins og býður upp á rúmgóð gisting sem snúa að miðlægum húsgarði og slökunarsvæði með vatni. Solitaire er eina þorpið sem er með bensínstöð og pósthús á milli sandaldanna í Sossusvlei og strandarinnar við Walvis Bay. Smáhýsið getur svo og veitt viðgerðir á eldsneyti og dekkjum.

"This is a very nice hotel located alomost in the middle of nowhere, the 'town' is very small, but the hotel is very nice, there is a swimming pool, rooms are big and there is hot/cold water, restaurant serves good breakfast and nice choice for dinner, very friendly staff at the reception."

"Fantastic location miles from anywhere, a oasis in the desert, renowned for the best apple pie in Namibia. Great place, fuel and food avable. Acvomodation chalet type accomodation simple, clean and with a fantastic powerfully shower to blast thar desert dust away. Highly recommended and will visit again next time we are passing."
