"El personal muy amable, accesible aunque el hotel tiene mucho hospedaje y casi no hay agua caliente, tuvieron el detalle de dejarme una cobija pues las habitaciones son muy frias. El wifi rápido y también el servicio de TV"

"No hay agua caliente, es tibia. Mucho ruido de los huéspedes pero se comprende que se levantan temprano. El piso pude comprobar que no estaba limpio, pero el personal es accesible, estoy segura que seguirán mejorando."

"We chose the accommodation because of the swimming pool for our son. It was fine. We also took the opportunity to order food and drink to our room. The location was quiet and pleasant, right by the lake and yet close to the centre. On the last day we were able to leave our luggage stored at the reception until the evening."
