"Close to airport for early morning transfer by host Cooking facilities with basic stores including powdered milk which is rare."

Payment was difficult if you don’t have a European bank account but hopefully another option is available now. No shops nearby but host offered to stop at supermarket or bring food for overnight.

"Hotel room was in the new part, very comfortable and clean, breakfast excellent. But I have chosen this hotel because of the swimming pool that did not work, and it does not say on booking that it works until 1st, September only."

No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi

"staff was friendly but unfortunately they didn't speak one word english. beautiful garden with a lot of seat areas. During late evening, night it was really nice to sit outside coz of temperature. during the day it was too warm. Very good breakfast"

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Found the price/quality not balanced, a bit expensive for what you get. But it was high season, not sure what the price will be before July and after August.

The plumbing on one evening. The room air-conditioning was difficult to understand and to regulate.

Nothing - this is a basic, comfortable, simple hotel which was just what we needed for a one night stay on the way to the coast.
