"Good location, in the middle of Macau. Very nice and helpful staff (no problem with leaving my suitcase at the hotel for the rest of the day after checkout). Room was clean, beds comfortable."
"Room was very small and even the water provided in the room was not included in the price. The room looked better in the pictures."
"Staff on the busy front desk were helpful and after problems with our initial room (see below) gave us a free room upgrade. The new room was large and comfortable. It included a de-humidifier as well as aircon, which was great. The hotels location is excellent."
"On initial check in we were told there were no superior double rooms with a couch (our requested on booking) so we could only have a twin with couch or double without. Neither rooms offered were on the 7 to 10th floors (as Booking.com site suggests) but rather floors 5 or 6. We selected the twin, which was very small with a tiny couch. The room's aircon didn't function (necessary in Macao) so we were given a free upgrade to a much nicer room on level 4."
"Great location, easy check in and room was comfortable."
