"I did not like the state of the gym: very dusty, rusty and smelly. no air con it was very hot and humide. the machines are very old and need to be replaced by new ones (for the rate that we pay we expect a decent/ international gym service/standard) I did not like the fact that the curtains were not blackout I was awake by the sun quite early. I would appreciate a blackout room as the main purpose of booking a hotel is a good night sleep."

"We were in a room at the edge of the hotel with a poor wi-fi signal which was quite annoying. The "king bed" was just 2 twin beds moved together which was ok but the fitted sheet was too small so it would not stay on. Desk was a little small and the desk chair was hard and uncomfortable. The "couch" was just a twin bed with pillows and was not comfortable for sitting. A real couch would have been nicer."
