"Excellent location - right in the center of Chisinau, close to numerous shops, restaurants, and trolleybus stops. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a microwave, washing machine (even laundry capsules), clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hob, and fully equipped kitchen. Absolutely excellent value for money, I'd personally be willing to pay more."
"This isn't a downside or anything the owner can control, I'm just mentioning it for those who don't know: the building where the apartment is located may look old and neglected (typical of Chisinau's post-Soviet architecture), so it's worth being aware of this to avoid being intimidated. The apartment is absolutely clean, well-maintained and renovated, but the neighborhood might be a bit intimidating for someone unfamiliar with post-Soviet neighborhoods. The location itself is absolutely perfect: right in the center of Chisinau, with a quiet, peaceful courtyard, away from noisy streets, yet practically everywhere is within walking distance (especially the most important tourist attractions in Chisinau)."
