Her mattress sagged.Remote had no batteries working and the coffee machine was broken. Her single room was tiny."

"I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, I couldn’t be bothered waking up before 10am to eat breakfast. The location is very central, just like 3mins walk to Gare Central station and bus stops on both side of the main road."

"Fantastic and comfortable hotel - clean, quiet, great room size, great price for the value you're getting. Sadly we were only there for one night, but if we were to return to Luxembourg, Kazakiwi would absolutely be our hotel of choice. Also great location, close to the train station and tram stops but we walked absolutely everywhere, the city centre was just about 15 mins walk away."

"For Luxembourg, this is a fantastically priced hotel. Bed was comfy, pillows were decent. Staff were generally very friendly and cheery, a good laugh. Unexpectedly, we had a room with a balcony which was a lovely surprise. Rooms look modern and boutique, nice theme. Short walk over the bridge to the Old Town. Highly recommend and for the price it's difficult to fault."
"Water pressure in the shower was poor. Bar wasn't open at all. Small obscure stain on the carpet in the room next to the bed. For the room with the balcony, a little table or seat would be nice to sit out there, especially in Summer. Area was a little bit ropey, but can be expected next to the station."
