"Clean, fresh and nice apartment with everything you need. Nice coffee machine."
"To get to the apartment, you need codes for many doors/gates. It is very scary to stand outside at 1:00 in the morning with a small child in -12 degrees, when one of the codes is missing, and hope that someone will answer the phone and give you the missing door code. The apartment lacks simple information on where to find the Wifi code, how the oven works, etc. Unfortunately, we had to get up at night and turn off the oven several times because something was not working properly. For hot water, you have to turn on the boiler yourself. We only found out when there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. We had to look for how the hot water works at all and find the boiler in the kitchen cabinet. It is also not clear how long you have to wait for the water to heat up."
"Dobra lokalizacja, w pełni umeblowane i wyposażone mieszkanie, czysto, szybki internet. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest pizzeria, w pobliżu są dwa duże sklepy, do morza 10–15 minut pieszo. Osiedle bardzo ładne, jest nawet sauna na podwórku."
"Komunikacja z właścicielem nie powiodła się na początku. Telefon wskazany przy rezerwacji nikt nie odbierał. Przyjechaliśmy dokładnie o zadeklarowanej godzinie, a po przyjeździe, aby dostać instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania, dzwoniłem do właściciela w ciągu godziny 6–7 razy – nikt nie odbierał. Napisałem SMS-a – zero odpowiedzi. Napisałem do supportu Bookingu – dostałem odpowiedź, że wyjaśnią moją sytuację w ciągu 24 godzin. Dziękuję bardzo, ale nie chciałbym nocować w samochodzie. W końcu, po około dwóch godzinach, kiedy już wybierałem, gdzie będziemy nocować, dostałem instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania przez chat Bookingu. Komunikacja z właścicielem odbywała się wyłącznie przez chat. W mieszkaniu nie było dostępnego hasła do Wi-Fi – nie trzeba zwracać uwagi na światłowodowy modem XPON poza TV, bo nie jest źródłem internetu! Router znajdował się za sofą i miał kod QR z hasłem."
