"Wasn't a big variety of breakfast, I think they could have done better, Room location was perfect, cleanliness could have been better and sewer maintenance needs to be attended more often in the bathrooms as we had a blockage due to lack of cleaning drains. Attention needed to Booking reservations as we booked for 3 adults online and room only had towels and Toiletries allocated for 1 adult and In saying this is why the Sofa bed wasn't set up at time of checking for 3rd guest."

The food was fresh and delicious, and the pool has amazing views of the mountains. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and cozy place, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Scappa!"

"The resort is amazing so clean and luxurious in the midst of the trees and the staff made sure that we were satisfied, we had an issue with the spa reservation and they made sure to make two masseuse available for a duo massage after they we all booked. And they even sent a complementary fruit platter as an apology for the reservation mishap. The vibe around the pool was so relaxing and the drinks were great. The food was amazing everything we tried was excellent"
