"Staff was nice and did their best to make sure I had what I needed. Loved the heated floors and the big bathroom. The free amenities were also great! They provide a breakfast as well, but I didn't partake in that. The location was also right next to the train station!"

"There were spots that could have probably been cleaned more, especially considering the price (like marks on the wall that looked like dirt, accumulated dust, marks on sheets etc). Honestly though, I had just come from a terrible hostel so it felt like heaven to me. I think the people next to me used their room to have sex, they were really loud and annoying. I was also told that towels on the floor would be replaced, but no one ever came in to clean my room. I'm don't know if I was supposed to request that or not."

"ZIP Hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the commercial centers. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. It is the good customer service. I really like ZIP Hotel. If I come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel location is best if you want to explore the centre and the malls and want to shop! It is clean, and the rooms are good and spacious, and the beds are also comfortable. The guesthouse itself is charming and cozy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds were soft, and the amenities provided were more than adequate. The common areas are also a nice touch, offering a great place to relax and socialize with fellow travelers. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and a perfect start to the day. I highly recommend Mama Guesthouse Myeongdong to solo travelers or couples.
