He provides a simple breakfast of toast, homemade jam, juice and coffee in the communal kitchen where you can cook and use the communal fridge. Plates cups and cutlery are available for use along with a hot and cold water dispenser. No TV in room, but there is a communal lounge with TV. Also a nice garden to sit out in."
