The villa was beautiful so comfy and very homey, very clean and the kitchenette even had a couple of bonus extra I was able to cook very easily. And beautiful outside space too. Phil even dropped us to eat so kind of him. Very close the Ocho Rios and loved the location not to far yet not to close. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others."

Not to mention the staff was amazing and helpful and caring big thanks to Phili who welcomed us and make us feel at home, he also took on a mini tour and took us to places we requested. "As a smoker. It was slightly inconvenient having to go out in the yard every time we wanted to smoke. But it was still OK as had the sea view and great companion with Champ. Their beautiful dog."
"Words cannot express the magnitude of professionalism displayed by the host of the hotel,yes I said hotel because the pictures did not do the place any justice because it was way better in person.The owner Phil was very nice to the point he carried us to some amazing locations to take some beautiful pictures without we even asking because he knows what people want. I can tell you if you book here you will have zero regrets because I have never experienced this level of hospitality and I have been traveling over a decade to alot of luxurious locations and this was by far the best.100/10"
