Residence Briona er glæsileg 15. aldar bygging sem er festur á rólegu göngusvæði í sögulega miðbæ Domodossola. Það býður upp á innréttaðar íbúðir með landslag yfir innri húsgarðinn með bogum. Íbúðirnar eru með fullbúnum eldhúskrók og sjónvarpi. Þau eru annað hvort með flísalagt gólf eða viðargólf og innifela baðherbergi með hárþurrku. Sumar eru svo og með þvottavél. Briona Residence er umkringt verslunum og veitingastöðum og er í 200 metra fjarlægð frá safninu Palazzo Silva. Domobianca-skíðasvæðið er í 20 mínútna akstursfjarlægð. Reiðhjól vinaleg.

"We had a short but lovely stay. The host was super kind and accommodating. We booked last minute and she was so helpful and left us clear instructions on how to check in. The room was clean, spacious for 2 people and in the perfect location to get around town."
"Everything was great but if you are a sensitive sleeper like me I recommend ear plugs (some noise from the streets as we needed to have the windows open) my friend is the opposite of me and slept perfectly. :-)"
"Amazing location right in the heart of the city, right on the edge of several small piazzas. Despite the location it was quiet at night. The ability to open windows onto the central courtyard of this historic building was excellent on warm evenings. We were made to feel very welcome and our host went out of her way to provide us with information about the region."

"Historical and central building, with spacious and comfortable apartments. The owner is absolutely delightful, welcoming and helpful and provided us with suggestions on what to visit nearby. Also, she was extremely kind to give us bowls and a cloth for our dog: with this, she definitely won my heart :) !"

"The central location was excellent. The cool inner courtyard very welcome in the heat and very secure. Safe parking for our car."
"The little balcony which was shared had a view of the bin store and the garages. It was quite noisy especially when cars left in the early morning. Also children crying from the residential apartments above woke us up."

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen und sogar Rabatt-Gutscheinen und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants in der Nähe versorgt. Zudem haben wir völlig unerwartet ein Upgrade in ein viel grösseres Zimmer sogar mit Küche erhalten."

"Es ist eine wunderschöne Residenz. Alles war vorhanden, es war sehr angenehm in diesem Apartment übernachten zu dürfen. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich. Es gab einen Preisfehler bei booking. Der mir angezeigte Preis für meinen Tag war 10-fach geringer als die andere Tage. Ich habe diesen Preis gebucht. Bei Check in hat sie ab ihren Laptop es gesehen und war überrascht. Trotzdem hat sie mir nichts darüber gesagt und den deutlich geringeren Preis bestätigt. Ich habe gemerkt, dass irgendwas nicht stimmt und habe sie dann am nächsten morgen gefragt, ob es einen Preisfehler war, sie bestätigte es. Somit habe ich freiwillig mehr Geld gelassen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind traumhaft."
