B&B L'Uliveto er hreiðrað um sig í dreifbýli rétt fyrir utan Montebuono í Lazio, innan um ólífulundi. Það framleiðir sína eigin ólífuolíu sem hægt er að kaupa og er með 1400 m2 garð með borðum og stólum. Herbergin eru einfaldlega innréttuð með flísalögðum gólfum og smíðajárnsrúmum. Þau eru öll með sjónvarpi og DVD-spilara ásamt sérbaðherbergi með sturtu. Sum eru með mynd yfir Buono-alpínumhverfi. Morgunverður með heimagerðum afurðum er framreiddur í sameiginlega eldhúsinu á hverjum morgni. Gestir geta notað eldhúsið gegn beiðni og hægt er að útbúa máltíðir í garðinum. Enda er boðið upp á afslátt á veitingastöðum í nágrenninu. L'Uliveto B&B er rétt hjá landamærum Umbria og á mörkum nokkrum miðaldaþorpum. Næsta lestarstöð er í Stimigliano, í 10 km fjarlægð, en þaðan ganga lestir til miðborgar Rómar og Fiumicino-flugvallarins. Strætisvagnar sem ganga til Stimigliano stoppa í aðeins 700 metra fjarlægð.
