Hotel Roy er hefðbundinn fjallafjallaskáli sem er staðsettur í 250 metra fjarlægð frá Malga Ciapela - Marmolada-kláfferjunni og býður upp á panorama yfir Marmolada-fjallið. Það er með veitingastað og ókeypis vellíðunaraðstöðu. Herbergin eru með teppalögðum gólfum og ljósum viðarhúsgögnum. Hvert þeirra er með sjónarhorn yfir nærliggjandi fjöll og er með LCD-sjónvarpi með kapal- og greiðslurásum. Veitingastaðurinn Roy er í sveitalegum stíl og er opinn í hádeginu og á kvöldin. Hann framreiðir alþjóðlega rétti og svæðisbundna matargerð, aðallega úr kjöti. Glútenlausar máltíðir og barnamatseðill eru í boði. Gestir eru með ókeypis skíðageymslu og beinan aðgang að skíðabrekkunum. Hægt er að slaka vel á í 500 m2 garði með útihúsgögnum og barnaleikvelli. Í vellíðunaraðstöðunni er gufubað, heitur pottur og tyrkneskt bað.

Klassische Ausstattung, moderne Betten, alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist was besonderes, wir waren im Spätsommer für eine Nacht im Hotel, ideal gelegen auf dem Weg in Richtung Süden! Absolute Empfehlung! "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
