Hotel Pinei er stofnaður í Castelrotto í Val Gardena og býður upp á gufubað, veitingastað og ókeypis vetrarskutlu til Ortisei, sem er í 5 km fjarlægð. Rúmgóð herbergin eru með flatskjásjónvarpi með gervihnattarásum og svölum eða verönd. Herbergin á Pinei eru í Alpastíl og eru með parket- eða teppalögð gólf. Hvert einkaherbergi er með lítinn ísskáp og sérbaðherbergi með mjúkum baðsloppum og inniskóm. Sum herbergin eru með fjallaútsýni. Léttur morgunverður er í boði daglega og felur í sér kalt kjötálegg, osta og nýbakað brauð. Veitingastaðurinn býður upp á úrval af staðbundnum sérréttum og alþjóðlegum réttum. Eftir dagsgöngu- eða skíðaferðir geta gestir slakað á í gufubaðinu, heita pottinum eða tyrkneska baðinu. Innisundlaug, sólarverönd og leikjaherbergi eru líka í boði. Strætisvagnar sem ganga til Merano og Bolzano stoppa 150 metra frá gististaðnum. Lestarstöðin í Bolzano og flugvöllurinn eru í 40 mínútna akstursfjarlægð. Hótelið býður upp á ókeypis ókeypis bílastæði á staðnum.

"The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
