Morgunverðurinn á Derby er í hlaðborðsstíl og innifelur úrval af köldu kjötáleggi, ostum og nýbökuðu brauði. Veitingastaðurinn býður upp á staðbundna rétti og vín. Á veturna er hægt að skíða alveg að dyrunum. Skíðageymsla er í boði og gestir geta keypt passa og leigt búnað í móttökunni. Livigno-stöðuvatnið er 40 km frá hótelinu og svissnesku-ítölsku landamærin eru í 1 klukkustundar akstursfjarlægð.

"La struttura è in una posizione strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita, di fronte alla maestosa pista Stelvio e a pochi minuti dal centro/stazione degli autobus."
"Le tempistiche della colazione (a partire dalle 7:30) e del servizio skipass in hotel/apertura del deposito sci non consentono di prendere la prima cabina (alle 8:00) per accedere alle piste. Inoltre, sebbene la colazione inizi ufficialmente alle 7:30, alcune pietanze calde (come uova e bacon) vengono servite solo più tardi, intorno alle 7:40. Il servizio skipass in hotel è apprezzabile, tuttavia le card non risultavano disponibili alle 7:30, rendendo di fatto il servizio poco utile per chi desidera salire presto sulle piste. L’accoglienza di alcuni membri del personale è da migliorare. L’ironia del signore presente nella hall è risultata fuori luogo fin dal primo momento: il primo giorno siamo arrivati alle 18:00 e siamo stati accolti con un commento del tipo “ecco i soliti ritardatari”, nonostante l’orario di check-in fosse ampiamente rispettato. Anche Stefania si è dimostrata poco gentile in diverse occasioni: ha tenuto a sottolineare che non avessimo consumato nulla in albergo e non aveva registrato la cauzione degli skipass, causando disagi e incomprensioni al momento del checkout. Consiglio vivamente di migliorare l’organizzazione amministrativa (in particolare la registrazione delle caparre degli skipass) e l’accoglienza verso gli ospiti. Va comunque detto che gli altri membri dello staff si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili."
