Þetta Alpahótel er staðbundinn við rætur Pordoi-skarðs og býður upp á ókeypis vellíðunaraðstöðu með gufubaði og tyrknesku baði. Öll rúmgóðu herbergin eru með flatskjásjónvarpi með gervihnattarásum og svölum. Miðbær Arabba er í 1 km fjarlægð. Morgunverðurinn á Chalet Barbara er í hlaðborðsstíl og innifelur kalt kjötálegg, osta og ávaxtasafa. Hann er borinn fram í einkennandi matsalnum fyrir framan arininn yfir kaldari mánuðina. Öll herbergin eru teppalögð og með hefðbundnum furuhúsgögnum. Öll eru með sérbaðherbergi með mjúkum baðsloppum, hárþurrku og snyrtivörum. Sum herbergin eru með nuddbaðkar. Á veturna er hægt að skíða alveg að skíðabrekkunum í Burz. Það er stólalyfta fyrir aftan gististaðinn og skíðageymsla er í boði. Bolzano og A22-hraðbrautin eru í 70 km fjarlægð. Trento er í innan við 2 klukkustunda akstursfjarlægð.

"We stayed for two nights in a junior suite room and had a great experience. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, offering useful tips during our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a large balcony and a big bathtub with massage jets — a really nice touch for relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was also great. We also appreciated the sheltered parking space for our motorbikes. One highlight of our stay was taking the DMC F. Europa cable car ski lift (22 EUR), which offered amazing views — a big thank you to the receptionist for recommending it!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
