"all'interno della struttura mai visto nessuno, a parte lo staff occupato all'interno della reception e lo staff occupato all'organizzazione del rafting, la pulizia della camera avveniva giornalmente alla stessa ora, ma a mio avviso e per quello che vedevo al mio ritorno si limitavano solo al cambio asciugamani e sistemazione letto, la boiserie del letto piena di polvere come il pavimento della camera, in balcone non ci andavano nemmeno, cosa poco igienica anche i doppi cuscini gia con federe nell'armadio, ultima cosa considerando i prezzi giornalieri e senza colazione mi sarei aspettato un trattamento di scontistica almeno sulle attività."
