"Two days on Lake Como – wonderful! The hotel is small, in the Osuccio Lenno area, high up, with stunning views of the lake. The room has everything you need, including a kettle, coffee, tea, air conditioning, and a small fridge. The breakfast is ample, and the terrace overlooking the mountains and lake is a delight. Michel will tell you everything you need, including how to get everywhere and the best places to have lunch."

"Great location with lake view (up a hill, so if you plan on walking, be prepared). Tasty and varied breakfast with outside seating area. Basic room with a bed I'd give an "ok" for comfort, however, the lake view more than made up for that☺️ Water dispenser and complimentary travel bottles were a welcoming surprise, thank you!"

"Bed not to my preference and shower water pressure very low, so attempting to wash long thick hair would be a mission!"

"Amazing location, family room with two separate bedrooms. Super comfy beds! We didn’t have breakfast because we had to go and catch the bus but it looked delicious."

"The view was absolutely gorgeous! The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable too! It was about a 20 minute walk to the lake front but it was a relatively easy walk and the views were a great distraction. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations on places to eat and advise for villa balbainello"
