"I wasn’t sure to understand if the facilities were not properly cleaned or just old Linen on the bed was not ironed. It was clean but very creasy, so the look was not the best when we just got to the room"

However, our experience was negatively affected by the staff, who were not very helpful or attentive, and by the cleanliness of the property, which did not meet our expectations. With better cleaning standards and improved staff service, this place could offer a much better overall experience."
