"My family had a newly refurbished room and they were excellent, but I didn't have the same standard of room. However, the staff did offer me an alternative room on the 2nd, but it was on a different level and distanced from my family. Again, the staff were extremely polite and understanding, and cared to make me happy. This to me was more important than the room itself."
