"This is a handy hotel for the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it is clean with good facilities. Good breakfast. We were told at first the windows didnt open but when we requested we needed one open they arranged this."

"It's not as good as the pictures but look beyond that because it had great towels, the best shower so far in India (better than the Hilton in Jaipur). The Wi-Fi was great although difficult to set up. The restaurant manager and all his staff were first class."

"Stayed here recently since it’s close to Terminal 1 of the airport. Very convenient if you’re flying in/out of T1, though Terminal 2 is a bit farther (autos are available but on the expensive side). The hotel is neat and tidy, with rooms that are decent and comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The staff is very courteous and friendly, which made the stay even better. They also have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, which is quite spacious and convenient. Overall, a good value-for-money stay if you’re traveling via Terminal 1."

"The food of the Hotel is excellent and the concept of providing filtered water in glass bottles that too sealed was excellent. We had tried the A la Karte menu as well, food was good."

"I think the staff at the reception and also at the Room service need to be more prompt. The room service call goes directly to the Bar & restaurant which is very 'Loud' at Friday/Saturday nights so the order taking is delayed. Would also suggest to the management to look into the room phones as although the Retro look of the phones are great but the one in our room did not always work properly. We did complain but no staff had come to check. There are a lots of places to improve but surely would suggest people to stay here....good place for family stay."
