"Wonderful apartment on the first coastline. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very hospitable host, and a very comfortable check-in process. Haim explained and showed everything you need about the apartment and advised useful places is in the area. These are many shops and restaurants around and Bat Yam Promenade. Also there is a small shop in the building. I recommend this apartment with all my heart."

"perfekter Meerblick, gute Lage, auch wenn der ganze Wohnkomplex alt und etwas heruntergekommen ist. Der Preis zum Übernachten in Bat Jam ist günstig. Kleiner Supermarkt mit gutem Kaffee direkt in der Anlage. Guter Zugang zum tollen Strand."

"Был очень приветливый хозяин, квартира находится в старом здании гостиницы, по израильским меркам достаточно чистая, есть 2 спальных места для 4х человек, постельное белье было чистым.В квартире есть маленькая кухня, просторная ванная. У квартиры прекрасное расположение и вид и окна- на пляж и море. Здесь же на пляже много кафешек и ресторанов, которые работают до ночи. Пляж,море и вид из окна просто прекрасны!"

"Израильское понятие о чистоте и ремонте очень своеобразное, имейте это ввиду, когда будете бронировать, но в квартире было чисто."

"The apartment was well located, with a private parking spot. It was compact, but very clean and came with more amenities than most rentals that I have stayed at. Dana even had a large fruit bowl and a collection of snacks waiting for us! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals, but it is cramped, so it would be difficult to make bigger meals. The garden is lovely with some nice sitting areas."
