Þessi nýlega enduruppgerða steinvilla er staðbundinn í grennd við Diocletian-höllinni í einum af elstu hverfum Split. Hún er í göngufæri frá mörgum af áhugaverðustu stöðum borgarinnar. Ferjan til eyjanna er sömuleiðis í aðeins 2 km fjarlægð og því er auðvelt að fara í dagsferð til Šolta, Brač eða Hvar. Ströndin er ennfremur ekki langt í burtu svo gestir geta eytt tíma í að slappa af á sandinum eða kannað minnisvarða þessarar borgar sem er á heimsminjaskrá UNESCO. Loftkæld herbergin eru settur á 3 hæðum, svo ef gestir vilja ekki fara upp stiga geta þeir beðið um notaleg hreiður á neðri hæðunum.

"The property is in a great spot. A very short walk gets you to the promenade and the old town/ Diocletian’s place. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (even a beer shop) very close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony was a bonus. The owner was available when needed and very friendly and helpful."
"A brush to sweep the floor, a tea towel to dry the dishes and maybe some tea/coffee/milk would have been nice, but we are British and it probably wouldn’t be an issue for other nationalities."

"Location is perfect. 2 minute walk to bustling restaurants, bar and shops & 5 min to the promenade. Check in was fantastic. Gregory was so helpful. Room was great and AC was icy cold which was needed in the heat. Super clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay for us. Could easily do 2 - 3 nights there."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."

The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
