Þessi nýlega enduruppgerða steinvilla er hvílir á mörkum Diocletian-höllinni í einum af elstu hverfum Split. Hún er í göngufæri frá mörgum af áhugakrónurustu stöðum borgarinnar. Ferjan til eyjanna er sameiginlega í aðeins 2 km fjarlægð og því er auðvelt að fara í dagsferð til Šolta, Brač eða Hvar. Ströndin er jafnframt ekki langt í burtu svo gestir geta eytt tíma í að slappa af á sandinum eða kannað minnisvarða þessarar borgar sem er á heimsminjaskrá UNESCO. Lreglulegakæld gistingn eru hvílir á 3 hæðum, svo ef gestir vilja ekki fara upp stiga geta þeir beðið um svefnpláss á neðri hæðunum.

"The property is in a great spot. A very short walk gets you to the promenade and the old town/ Diocletian’s place. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (even a beer shop) very close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony was a bonus. The owner was available when needed and very friendly and helpful."
"A brush to sweep the floor, a tea towel to dry the dishes and maybe some tea/coffee/milk would have been nice, but we are British and it probably wouldn’t be an issue for other nationalities."

"Location is perfect. 2 minute walk to bustling restaurants, bar and shops & 5 min to the promenade. Check in was fantastic. Gregory was so helpful. Room was great and AC was icy cold which was needed in the heat. Super clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay for us. Could easily do 2 - 3 nights there."
