Villa Neda er stofnaður í strandbænum Makarska, á rólegum stað, umkringt gróðri Miðjarðarhafssvæðisins. Boðið er upp á ókeypis WiFi, ókeypis örugg bílageymsla og garð með grilli. Malarströnd er í 300 metra fjarlægð. Allar einingarnar eru með lendurtekiðkælingu, gervihnattasjónvarp og fullbúinn eldhúskrók. Í miðborginni er hægt að skipuleggja dagsferðir til Dubrovnik, Hvar-eyju og Split. Biokovo-náttúrugarðurinn býður upp á fjölmargar gönguleiðir. Rútustöð er í miðborginni og Split-flugvöllur er í 70 km fjarlægð. Flugrútuþjónusta er í boði gegn aukagjaldi.

"Wonderful apartments on a quiet street in Makarska. There are shops and bakeries nearby. The sea is easily reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. The road from the beach goes up a little bit, but the slope is small. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker. You can cook your own food, there are all the necessary utensils. The apartment is very clean. The owners (Tomislav and his wife Źeljana) help to solve any issue. On the first day Tomislav showed us the best places to visit on the map. His recommendations were super."

"We had a wonderful time at this location. the owner is very attentive to details, he gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant, relaxing but also full of activities stay. we warmly recommend it. the apartment was very well equipped, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots, plates, cups, coffee machine, kettle, etc. We've asked for baby crib and they had it. we felt like home. I do appreciate all the effort made to keep it clean and for offering such a pleasant way to spend our stay."
