Riva Rooms er hreiðrað um sig aðeins 50 metra frá sjónum, við hliðina á hinu vinsæla Riva-göngusvæði og í aðeins nokkurra skrefa fjarlægð frá öllum helstu stöðum, þar á meðal höll Díókletíanusar sem er á heimsminjaskrá UNESCO. Herbergin eru með ókeypis Wi-Fi Internet og sameiginlegt eldhús og stofu með sjónvarpi. Öll herbergin eru með teppalögð gólf, fataskáp, borð og stóla. Sum þeirra eru með svölum en allar einingar eru með sérbaðherbergi með hárþurrku. Nálægasti veitingastaðurinn og ölstofan eru hreiðrað um sig beint fyrir framan Rooms Riva. Matvöruverslun er í 5 metra fjarlægð og ferskur matarmarkaður er í um 200 metra fjarlægð. Í nokkurra skrefa fjarlægð er hægt að komast í gamla bæinn en þar er að finna ýmis gallerí, verslanir, kaffihús, bari og veitingastaði. Menningarviðburðir eru algengt haldnir þar á sumrin. Períktorgið og inngangur að Diocletian-höllinni eru í 100 metra fjarlægð. Marjan-skógargarðurinn er í 300 metra fjarlægð. Það býður upp á fjölda reiðhjóla- og göngustíga og útsýnisstaðurinn býður upp á fallegt landslag yfir bæinn Split. Aðalrútu- og lestarstöðin er í 400 metra fjarlægð og ferjuhöfnin er við hliðina á henni. Bátar til nærliggjandi eyja Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis og Korčula fara daglega frá höfninni í Split.

Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."

"It was clean, close to the centre (about 10 min walk), and everything you might need during your stay. • Showers: clean, quite modern and comfortable. You can lock the shower door and shower safely. • Beds: one pillow, one blanket, comfortable and big enough. Didn't make sounds and overall it was a good night sleep. Of course as you see from the photos there are no curtains so maybe that could be a privacy issue for some, but we were fine • It's warm and quite. We travelled in January and it was good • U have cabinets to lock your stuff in, not a huge space but it was enough for us (two backpackers) • Sinks and mirrors in the bathroom : a lot of it, all clean, water is drinkable from the tap"
