"The location was excellent, close to the Riva (promenade) , ferries, buses, castle, cafes and restaurants and two supermarkets plus the outdoor market. Was a bit noisy as cars parked right outside window. Being on street level nowhere to sit except outside the upstairs apartment. Marko and his Dad were great making sure I got from the airport safely which was just as well as wasnt easy to find the apartment. Overall highly recommend."

"This is a very good option for people staying in Split. It is only 10 minutes walk to the Riva ... but outside of "the Palace" ... so not "trendy" in that sense. However, I think it is a really clever place to stay. It is very clean and efficient. There is a nice hotel for breakfast etc right next door. The price is excellent and the family who run the apartments have been doing it for a very long time and are genuine and ethical. I especially enjoyed my transfer from the airport with Marko (I would really recommend paying the Euro35 for the transfer ... makes your arrival so much easier than bus or Uber)."

"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."

"The terrace was the best with a beautiful view, we enjoyed it every day. 15 min away from Dubrovnik. It was peaceful and quiet during the evenings. There are pádel board and Kayak’s they you can use free of charge. Niko is really nice and friendly he arrange a funny tour for us. Airco properly working. The beach is right at your finger tips."
