"It was a lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings. There was a big outside patio that you could sit out on. It was a 20min walk into the old town and a 5min walk to the beach. Restaurants and a supermarket were close by. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful."

"It was amazing! So spacious, and it had everything we needed. Fabulous kitchen with all the equipment you need to cater for yourself, and an amazing island. The kitchen (like the rest of the apartment) is finished to a very high standard. The bathroom was huge! The wet room was brilliant, and a lovely big sink and plenty of surface to put all your toiletries. Once again, ten out of ten. The bedrooms were lovely, so peaceful and comfortable - we slept amazingly every night we were there (we stayed a week). Very well located- 10 minutes from the beach, and a two minute walk to a really excellent restaurant. The owner (Mida) is a lovely, welcoming person who is extremely professional."

"Very comfy and spotlessly clean! Our host was very welcoming. The place is just 10 minutes from Kolovare beach and right in front of the bus station. With air conditioning and soundproof windows, we slept like angels! We only stayed one night before heading to the airport, but it was perfect."

It’s in a great location with the nearest beach a 7 minute walk away, bakery and grocery shops 10 minute walk and the old town a 20 minute walk. Our host was lovely and accommodating and next time I’m in Zadar, I will be coming back :)"

"We had a really nice stay! The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The accommodation was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, close to a supermarket, the bus station, and just a short walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

"The only very small improvement would be the pillows. They were a bit too soft and large. Slightly firmer and smaller pillows would have made sleeping even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Great location near Koloware beach, just a short walk into lovely Zadar. 2 minute walk to bus station Studio was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. There was a lovely seating area just out the studio. Definitely recommend this place"

"The apartment is really big and cosy. It has everything you can think of and more, you really don't need to bring anything with you. It was clean and the hosts were really nice. It is situated about 15 minutes from the town center, 5 minutes from a supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach. There is also a good restaurant at the end of the street. We will definitely come back."
