"It's a cozy hostel with a nice common area, warm shower, enough space everywhere, a small breakfast included, in a nice neighbourhood more relaxed than Old Dhaka, and reasonably close to the metro into the city centre (walkable, or take a rickshaw). It's also close enough to the airport and railway station (by tuktuk or Uber). It has nice restaurants nearby, coffee places and Western fastfood options if you're into that. It is well worth the price of a bed, and probably the only good option in the country if you are a solo traveler/backpacker and you want to meet other travelers. Armin, who manages the Hostel, is a friendly, easy-going guy, and helpful."

The mattresses are a little thin, but to be honest, that was the case in most places in Bangladesh. Don't expect the Hilton when it comes to cleanliness, and you'll be fine.

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

Other guests kept banging the doors closed. The doors don't unlock automatically from the outside, they need to be unlocked with the keycard before closing and they will then lock automatically. Other guests would simply bang the doors shut to try and force them closed, which was loud and annoying.

You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, and during the day enjoy a beautiful garden full of greenery and chirping birds. "Small and very cute guesthouse with a lovely colourful Bahamian vibe, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, the Fish Fry with great local restaurants, and downtown Nassau. Min and Troy were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make the stay comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and personal. It truly felt like a little home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nassau."

Toilet room very cold in winter but you don't spend a long time in it anyway, lol. Mattress could be a bit better but nothing that prevented a good night's sleep.
