Other guests kept banging the doors closed. The doors don't unlock automatically from the outside, they need to be unlocked with the keycard before closing and they will then lock automatically. Other guests would simply bang the doors shut to try and force them closed, which was loud and annoying.

The City of Tiberias wasn´t very special, but its a great place to travel to other places from there.

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

My fault choose the yurt room because I always pee in the night and the toilet in the main house. The location far from the city, if u wanna a quite place and for long stay, its recomended.

Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. "Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

There was no one there when I arrived and no one replied on WhatsApp. I stayed in the living room from 7am to 11am waiting for something to happen when I actually had messaged the owner days before to say I would arrive early and if I could do early check in. Fortunately the lady working there appeared and allowed me to take a bed before check in time around midday! Very kind !

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night
