"The resort was perfect for the price, had everything you could need."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

"Lisebergsbyn was an excellent site to stay at during my recent visit to Gothenburg to attend a two-week course. I stayed within the most basic cottage category, that does not include a bathroom inside the cottage, however I was pleased with the accommodation provided. I stayed at the site during the peak of the winter, with temperatures reaching -17*c outside, but I was never cold inside, with more than adequate heating being provided in both the cottage and the service buildings. The site is located nearby to Welandergatan Tram Stop, providing convinient connections into Central Gothenburg within twenty to thirty minutes. I particularly appreciated the dishwasher inside the service building - it made cleaning the dishes an ease!"

My stay was great overall, but there were a couple of small things that I think could be improved upon. Firstly, I feel that the Laundry Room was a little bit pricey – costing 120 SEK for 2-hours use. Secondly, I noticed that there was room for improvement in the cleaning of the floor in one of the two cottages that I checked into whilst staying at the park. My final point is it would be great if instructions could be provided on how to adjsut the temperature in the cottage, as it was preset to 25*c on arrival, which was a bit too warm compared to the temperatures I am used to from my home country (the UK). I did figure how to change the temperature eventually, but only after one or two nights of finding it a bit too warm to sleep properly.

The food quality should be improved a lot, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The swimming pool board is made of wood, which gets very slippery: both me and my child fell and got hurt

Minor point, but bare of any condiments in kitchen which would be useful for short stay eg salt, washing up liquid/sponge

"Chalet was cozy, warm, nice. Exceptional for couples. Wood gave a warm atmosphere. Fantastic details using wood."

I requested additional decoration, but it was very basic.

"In our journey around Issyk-Kul, here we had the best beds/mattresses and here we could sleep in a dark room when closing the curtains. We also enjoyed the proximity of the lake. We had dinner at Uigur restaurant at the main road (highly recommended). The owner was extremely helpful with everything we need."

Mainly that the experience does not correspond with the price, which would fit a 5-star hotel. Here everybody’s friendly and they try their best, but it feels like it’s the first time they are being a waiter, a host etc.

The bed was not very comfy, but all the rest was fine.

"The camp is very luxurious, big and clean tent, the set up is spectacular, the dunes are just in front of the camp. We were a family with a small kid and the place was very accommodating, the staff very nice. We have been served with so much food! The driver who takes you for tours in a 4x4 are very very nice , and the tours are really worthy!"

"The park felt luxurious - it was a pleasure to walk around the beautifully appointed houses and grounds. The staff were fantastic - in reception and in the restaurant. We had a small issue with the house that was resolved quickly and with great communication from the resort team. Our cottage (205 Castello type) had a beautiful location on the water - loved that view every day - the swans came to see us (looking for food obviously). The living room was a great space for the 4 of us. The restaurant was great - nice location, service and good food. Pool was small but sufficent for a short dip and cool off. Park location was a shortish walk to Quackstrand (Haringvliet) Mini market has just enough products for emergencies plus a little more - you will need a supermarket for a bigger choice,"

Beds were not comfortable at all - seemed to be a mattrass on top of another mattrass. Sometimes felt like you were going to fall out of bed. Bed comfort is the main reason for not scoring this property at 9+. Would have loved either airco to cool the house down or to be able to have the ability to open the doors/windows and have a screen to prevent insects/ mosquitoes getting in. Only option to cool the house down was open doors/ windows.

"It's a very nice place to experience. However the base is old and not recently renovated. You must keep this in mind. If you like camping atmosphere, that s is your place. Everything is surrounded by big trees. Food was amazing. Beach is very close,"

"Mi familia estaba súper contenta , era un sitio que ya conocíamos hace años y sus instalaciones están bien . Creo que por lo q pagas vale la pena . Está limpio , pudimos hacer una BBQ para compartir . Isabella y Shaun en contacto siempre comunicación fluida . Dormimos de maravilla las camas cómodas . Al estar en la montaña es normal encontrar insectos , nada fuera de lo común ."
