"Great location, welll appointed, clean and comfortable house. Well managed by a great host. Went the extra mile to assist us with organising a grocery shopping on our behalf on arrival day (we had an early evening arri Al with a 6 hour time difference and an early start work training programme the next day). Enjoyed being there. Wifi was excellent for work purposes. Everything worked and made for an easy and comfortable fault free stay. Will come back if I can."

Nothing the owner can do and more a note about the suburb. Its a nice area but lots of dogs. They can be quite noisy at times at night.

Little troubles with water pressure and warm water but Khatira was helpful and ready to solve problems.

"Amazing place- very special. Large accommodation. Loved having ac in the bedrooms. Well equipped. Lots of wildlife in the garden, we woke one morning to a whole troupe of howler monkeys in the tree above our house and we were able to sit in the lookout area and watch them. Great location - very close to beach and cafes. Owner responsive and helpful."

Kitchen equipment could do with a bit of a refresh - eg chopping boards. And it's more expensive than anywhere else we stayed - but it was totally worth it, we loved it.

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. Bahnhof war wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Keine Hinweise zum Weg zur Ersatzbushaltestelle Fehlende Information über Weg nach Intragna, ob zu Fuß möglich oder nur mit dem Auto

Its a good base for the whole island and an interesting place to be but if you want to walk to restaurants in the evening better to be in De Koog or Den Burg. For our purpose it was great. Our skydiver even managed to get a early jump in before the Texel Half Marathon he was running! The price is right for the quality of appartment but Texel is generally dear."

There was a window open in the bathroom which we had not spotted and the appartment was full of mosquitos which was odd given we are end of September. The freezer door was jammed with ice.

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

Das offene Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich müssen gut geheizt werden, weil die warme Luft nach oben steigt.

"The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.

"Nous avons apprécier tout d'abord la beauté de la maison où il y tout le confort qu'on puisse avoir besoin. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, dépaysement complet. C'est un havre de paix. On s'y sent vraiment bien et comme chez nous. L'hôte de la maison est vraiment sympathique et prodigue de bons conseils. Superbe séjour."

Nous n'avons vraiment rien à redire sur la maison tant tout y est superbement agencé et ou tout est à notre disposition pour que le séjour se passe superbement bien. Nous n'avons vu aucun points négatifs à cette location.

The accommodation is quite remote and arriving at night (my own "fault"), the drive up into hills from nearest "main" road is a long way through forest. A bit tricky, but worth the trip! Important to have good guidance in advance!

Had few electricity issues that Ismael and the owner sorted out.

"The location is handy to town if you do not have a car it is a quick 5 minute walk to the main centre. It had all the necessities for our stay. We loved the deck and how quiet it was. The rooms were comfortable and having mesh windows reduced the mozzie bites. The images of the property are exactly what we you get when you hire this beautiful place."

Would have been great to have air con in the back room but the heat was manageable.

Nothing really. However, it would be great if the property had a loundry machine, it gets tricky without one for longer stays with family. Internet connection would be great addition as well.
